"You" and its derivatives means the Company, as indicated above. "We" and its derivatives means QUARTIX Ltd, a company registered in England, No 4159907.

You agree to allow us reasonable access for the installation of a terminal unit, antenna and cables ("the Terminal") in the Vehicle. You also agree to allow us reasonable access for the removal of the Terminal at the end of the Trial Period.

The Terminal shall remain our property, and you are responsible for any loss of or damage to it until its return to us in good order.

You will not tamper with, remove, open or allow anyone to tamper with, open or remove the Terminal. You are responsible for any theft or removal of the subscriber identity module (SIM card) fitted in the Terminal, including any misuse.

We do not limit our liability to you for death, personal injury or damage to property caused by our negligence, but in all other respects our liability to you shall not exceed £95.

The total price for the Trial Period including our costs for installation and removal is £95 + VAT, and you may extend this Trial Period, with our agreement, at an additional price of £42 + VAT, for each additional month.
