Environmental benefits
Better utilisation can save up to 600 litres of fuel per year per vehicle, depending on mileage. On a fleet of 100 vehicles this can add up to 60,000 litres per year - an environmental saving of 162 tonnes of CO2 per annum. Across the Quartix installed base this is a saving of at least 32,000 tonnes of CO2 each year. Quartix maintains a policy of recycling all product packaging. All products are recycled at the end of their lives. Quartix is fully compliant with RoHS legislation.
Installation
We have an extensive network of trained installers around the UK, and installations are either carried out on your premises or at a convenient location near you. Little more than an hour is required, and the equipment is all installed discreetly in the vehicle. Moving the system to a new vehicle is also straightforward, and we can normally arrange this within a few days.
Quartix offers first Pay As You Go vehicle tracking system with Google Maps
Google's advanced mapping, satellite, terrain and hybrid views are now available with both the InfoPlus and Corporate versions of Quartix Pay As You Go. Using Google Maps' zoom and scroll controls to search a live tracking screen an operator can quickly trace vehicle-journey details or find the nearest vehicle to a customer.
