Driver timesheets and reporting
Daily or weekly timesheets are available for you on the web at any time. With the Infoplus and Corporate options they are sent to you automatically by e-mail, greatly simplifying the tasks of payroll and job costing. Your workforce doesn't have to spend time filling them in, and you don't have to waste time checking the detail. Daily logs are presented in a clear, easy to read format. The day is split into separate trips and the level of detail in the report can be specified for each vehicle. Stops with the ignition on and short movements around a site can be either shown or filtered out - it's your choice. Adding your own custom address location names is an easy task - either you can do it online or we will do it for you. Embedded in the e-mail report are links to location and route maps - allowing you to get quickly and directly to a visual image of journeys or stopping points that you want to check.
Vehicle tracking - report options
Daily or weekly reports - a weekly report provides a detailed sheet for each day of the week for each vehicle, together with a summary sheet for the week as a whole. Alternatively a daily report provides details of each vehicle, together with a summary sheet for the fleet as a whole.
Mileage and petrol usage - the detail and summary sheets provide a check on the estimated fuel usage for each vehicle which can be verified against fuel bills and compared across the fleet - helping you to track and control running costs
Maximum speeds - the maximum recorded speed for each trip, each day, and the week as a whole, provide a useful way of monitoring driving habits and promoting safer use of your vehicles
Shift times - the report automatically calculates the time from the first to the last movement of the vehicle in each day. Configuration options also allow you to specify shift times to be used in the reports
Links to location and route maps - as with the e-mail logs, the location names and trip numbers provide direct links to maps on our web site - so that you can quickly and easily check stop locations, speeds, routes driven etc.
Vehicle tracking - fleet management
Tracking vehicle servicing, MOT and and insurance requirements is very simple with this fleet management tool. It provides automated alerts by e-mail when each of these becomes due, using the following:
Odometer reading - once entered on the system this is updated in our database using the mileage recorded by the tracking system
Service intervals - using mileage data the system sends you an e-mail to let you know when a vehicle is coming up for service
Insurance, MOT and road tax - these are all entered into the database, prompting alerts as they become due
Mileage events - you can enter other mileage or time-based events, such as a mileage for reviewing tyre wear.
Improvements of up to 15% in utilisation are possible with your vehicle fleet
The monthly report available with the Corporate product, allows you to identify those vehicles which are not being used to capacity. From a utilisation chart you can easily home in on the problem areas. Within the same workbook you can look in detail at the use of the vehicle during the month and compare it with the rest of the fleet. Benefits include:
